By accessing zyrojewels.in and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

All ZYRO pieces are premium anti-tarnish jewellery, handcrafted to the highest quality. Product images are as accurate as possible; slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to photography lighting.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Once payment is confirmed, you will be contacted via WhatsApp or email with your order details.

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within India. Complimentary shipping is provided on all orders above ₹999.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

We offer exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please refer to our Exchange Policy page for full details.

We do not offer cash refunds. All sales are considered final once an item has been used or the exchange window has passed.

All content on zyrojewels.in — including images, text, design, and branding — is the property of ZYRO and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

ZYRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu.
